St. Mark's to host personal cybersecurity training seminars
In light of a recent text scam that targeted our parish, all are invited to free seminars

BEAUMONT — In an era where digital threats are increasingly prevalent, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church invites the community to a free, informative event titled "Personal Cybersecurity: Protecting Yourself and Your Family in a Connected World." The identical sessions will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday, May 18 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, located at 680 Calder Avenue, Downtown Beaumont.
Presented by cybersecurity expert Charles Teel, EMPSA, MBA, CHLS-CIP, F.ISRM, CMMC-AP, this event aims to equip individuals and families with essential strategies to stay safe online. From safeguarding personal data to preventing cyberattacks at home, Mr. Teel will deliver practical advice and expert insights tailored for all ages and backgrounds.
