ecwThe fund raising efforts of The Treasure House and Chili Supper and Bazaar 2015 paid off this week for some local charities. The Episcopal Church Women distributed checks in the amount of $43,100 to the following very grateful charities: Anayat House, BFF Pet Adoptions, Buckner Children and Family Services, Christian Loving Care Center, Christus Health Foundation of SETexas, Deweyville Elementary School Fund, Hope Women’s Resource Center, The HOW Center, Legacy Behavioral Health Services Department, Nutrition and Services for Seniors, Port Cities Rescue Ministries, Rape and Suicide Crisis Center of SETexas, St. Mark’s Emergency Outreach, Samaritan Counseling Center, Some Other Place, Southeast Texas Food Bank, Southeast Texas Hospice, Ubi Caritas, United Board of Missions.

The St. Mark’s ECW has distributed over $300,000 to local and regional charities since 2010.
