Ushers & Oblationers

Remember when you were a kid and the respect you felt for the men who marched down the aisle and collected the money at church?  They were the pillars of the church…. and still are. (Our church has many pillars.) We are grateful for those who serve in this capacity. The Oblationers are lay people who bring the wine and bread to the Altar for communion.  This is important symbolically in order for the people to participate in the preparation of the Communion ceremony. We are grateful for those who serve as ushers and oblationers.
