| This fall, October 15th and 16th, St. Mark’s is hosting the Episcopal Church Women Annual Retreat. It’s an exciting day and a half of worship, workshops, socializing, eating, shopping and celebrating our sisterhood in Christ with Episcopal women from all over the Diocese. We have chosen the theme “Rhythms of Grace” with the verse Psalms 92:1-4. One of the reasons we selected this theme and verse is because of St. Mark’s rich history in music and our exceptional musicians to date! We expect between 150-200 women to converge on Southeast Texas as well as all our Bishops. We can’t wait to host a weekend of joyful song and enlightening programs along with Southeast Texas foods!
Nancy McGrade and I are chairing this event with our wonderful co-chairs. However, there is a great need for your support. Please review the list below and call me at 201-9934 or email me at svitanza@gmail.com if you can assist in any way.
