• The meeting approved election of Council delegates by the Vestry and ratified election of James Black as delegate for a 3-year term, serving with Gerald Richardson, James Rush and Paul Robichau
• The teaching theme for this year for St. Mark’s will be “Lift up your heart”
• The Treasurer reported the Vestry approved a balanced General Fund budget in the amount of $1,367600. for 2010. The special offering taken for Haiti was $8,326.50.
